Improved the section on the TLB coherence problem in multiprocessing.
Improved the implementation section for TLB shootdown.
It would be nice to cover hardware TLB coherence in more detail.
Ditto for the validation-based approach, where you have removed some of the existing detail.
There is now a set of seven different schemes described before UNITD. It would be nice to describe how they differ, or put them in some kind of logical order, so they would be easier to remember.
