Very nice changes, for the most part. A lot could be done with the figures, to make text wrap around them and to adjust the size for optimum viewing. The code examples are quite hard to read because the font is so small; going to a larger, variable-width fond would help a lot. The included .gif (or whatever it is) with an algorithm could be retyped with suitable formatting.
