There is a lot of good material on this page, but it is rather difficult to find because of the organization. There are no subdivisions to the page; the paragraphs are quite long, and they do not begin by identifying the point they are making. The links at the bottom have one pointing to the League for Programming Freedom, but none pointing to opponents of that group. People reading this page are getting only one side of the story.

So, I think you've done a good job of describing the most important ideas, but not a very good job of helping the reader to identify them at a glance.
