Background

These are the questions that are on the rubrics. Questions are on the questionnaire, meaning they can also be on the quizzes and surveys. There are two kinds of questions

      Scale [√] - Select the awarding points on the scale 
      Criterion [√] - questions that have place for score and comment
  Unscored question
      Dropdown [√]
      MultipleChoice
      CheckBox [√]  [should this be a Scored question?}
TextResponse
      TextArea [√]
      TextField [√]
