I added a few things to the wiki: the external links section, a few lines about youtube, added a couple of basic rules, and I did a little reformatting to make it look a bit better. Feel free to add to or modify the things that I added. - Reid | I added a few things to the wiki: the external links section, a few lines about youtube, added a couple of basic rules, and I did a little reformatting to make it look a bit better. Hi guys, looking at the core rules summary list(the one with 4 rules and corollary rules), I think we may be able to combine a few. I'm still refining it - Nadeem
Rule #1 Comments
"Remember the Human" from The 4 Rules
I think we should add something to address youtube. Maybe something like "don't post a video that you wouldn't want to end up on the evening news."
Additionally, I think we should add something to address myspace, facebook, etc. Something along the lines of "don't post anything you wouldn't want your grandmother to read" or something like that. Also, along those same lines, we should mention that anything posted on a myspace/facebook page could negatively affect future employer's opinion of person.
Additional Rules
Don't post anything about anyone else that you wouldn't want posted about you.
This can apply to both MySpace and Facebook as well as YouTube and likely other social networking sites.
That's good, but I was thinking of combining rule 1 and 4. Something along the lines of Respect the opinions, feelings and time of others.
I can sum it up in three words: "Don't incriminate yourself."
