The Bids table gives information regarding the bids for the topics given by a particular user.
Bids Variable Documentation

| id | int(11) | Unique ID for each bids record. |
| topic_id | int(11) | Name of the Topic. |
| user_id | int(11) | User ID who bid for the Topic. |
| created_at | datetime | Date time value when the record was created. |
| updated_at | datetime | Date time value when the record was updated. |
| priority | int(11) | Priority Level for that Bid. |
