Excellent job! I like your table and your organization. It would be good if the "Links" heading could be kept out of the outline at each point.

My suggestion on how to improve would be to explicitly tie the ethical analysis to the effect on the stakeholders: Who incurs a cost, who gets a benefit? Do the benefits outweigh the costs? From a rights-based perspective, are anyone's rights violated? Why or why not?
