This is really an excellent page overall. The pros and cons are well analyzed and well presented. The formatting could be improved, but the content is just what I would like to see.
One point you did miss is that charging for sent e-mail is seemingly rendered useless when zombies are sending most spam, which is the case today.
And the ethical analysis of opt-in is hard to follow and could benefit from some work.
