Listing articles is good. Please also list the source ... and the date, if possible.
The analysis of paid e-mail could be worded better. The analysis of opt-in vs. opt-out is good, and well phrased.
Using a Contents page is good, but ideally, there would be more than one top-level heading. Dividing the strategies into categories would also help the readers to remember them.
After that, the content becomes sparser, and should be fleshed out.
