The analysis of bounties and Goodmail is particularly good.  The only changes I would make there is to tie this specifically to the interests of stakeholders: Who gets the benefits?  Who pays the costs?  Is the overall utility increased?  Does the solution respect everyone's rights?
One point on organization: A list of more than 3 or 4 items is hard to grasp.  If you can categorize the points into fewer categories, or create subcategories, your page becomes more comprehensible.
